How to make easy and quick ice cream ( Kulfi)
Recipe Indian ice cream Kulfi,
Ingredients
Half a liter of whole milk
100 g of sweetened condensed milk
50g sugar (If you want to add)
1 tablespoon almonds (chopped)
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon pistachios (chopped)
Few dried fruits for decoration
3 pods of green cardamom powder
Heat the milk over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. When the milk begins to boil, simmer over low heat. Leave to cook for 30 minutes mixing it from time to time so that it does not stick to the bottom. Add cardamom and sweetened condensed milk and you can add dried fruit to the milk during cooking), stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, stop cooking. Add the sugar, mix well and allow to cool. Remove the empty cardamom pods. Mix for a few seconds. Pour the preparation into molds (plastic glasses
for example). Cover the glasses with aluminum foil and plant the sticks (cut wooden skewers for example).
To avoid contact with the freezer, put the glasses in a plastic box and cover with aluminum foil to improve the sealing. Leave the ice-cream Kulfi in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours. 😋😋Enjoy the delicious ice-cream 🙏
