How to make Fafda without khar
Ingredients:
125 gr. of Gram flour(Besan)
1/2 cafe spoon of carom (Ajwain)
1 cafe spoon of salt or salt to taste
10 table spoons of vegetable oil
1/2 table spoon of baking soda
1.0dl water for making a dough
Oil for fry
Preparations:
Take a small bowl add all the ingredients into the bowl,make like a puri dough and let it covered for 15 mins.
Divide all the dough as a size of lemon. Heat the oil
Take a small size of dough and press it by the help of your palm straight as you can see in the photo,take it in the hand by the help of greased knife very delicate way,add in the oil .
fry them in a medium heat till it change in a golden color. Take them out in a absorbing paper.
Serve it cold with chai or even in the morning breakfast .
