Diwali special Besan ka ladoo(indian dessert)
How to make Ladoo
Ingredients:
Chickpeas flour (Besan) 200 gr.
Cardamoms pods 4-5
Ghee (clarified butter) 2-3 table spoons
Powder sugar 3 table spoons
Milk 2-3 table spoons
Preparations:
Take a nonstick wok and heat in a medium flame, now add the clarified butter into the wok when you see that butter is hot enough then add the chickpeas in the ghee. Fry them till 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes the fry of chickpeas now transfer them in a other plate,let it for cool down now add the powder sugar and crushed cardamoms now add little milk and shape them in a round. Decorate them with chopped pistachios and served it.
