How to make Kabab E laziz
Ingredients:
200 gr. lamb minced meat
1 medium size golden onion
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon grammasala powder ( Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, black cardamom)
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Ginger/Garlic paste
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (optional)
60 gr. egg
salt to taste
Preparations:
Firstly chopped the onion, now take a bowl and add the minced meat , chopped onion and all the spices into it, add the egg, salt and 2 tablespoons oil.
Mix it all and let in the freeze for 10-15 mints.
Take a big pan add oil into the pan.
When you see that oil is hot enough.
Make a small round kebab and fry in the oil till it turns in golden or brown color .
Take them out and serve with chutney or ketchup
