How to make Pistachio Milkshake
Ingredients: 30 pistachios (shelled), 2 cups of skimmed milk, 3 teaspoons of corn flour, sugar as per taste, 4 green cardamoms, 30 chopped almonds, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, a drop of vanilla essence. Add cardamom powder to the milk and boil it in a pan. Slowly add sugar and corn flour to it and bring it to boil again. Remove the pan from the flame and let it cool for a minute. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes. Then stir in the pistachios and the chopped almonds and blend it in the blender. Pour it in a bowl and muddle the vanilla essence in it. Serve it in glasses of your choice and add the vanilla scoops from the top!
