How to make Rasgullas
Ingredients:
1. 4 ½ cups of water
2. 1 ½ cups of sugar
3. Paneer 200gm.
Preparations:
Take a presser cooker and boil the water with sugar without covering in a medium heat.
Take chheena (Paneer) and rub it in a wooden plate for minutes and make it small balls in the middle of your palms.
Panner balls are ready to give in the sugar syrup and close the pressure cooker and cook it for about 7 minutes, remember make it small balls because after cooking it will be the double size.
Rasgullas are ready to serve and you can eat this cold also.
