Nehai khai chhath puja 2011

It was the first day of Chhath puja on 30th of October 2011. This day we are worshiping to goddess surya dev (Sun light) who is well known in India and worshiping almost every day by the Hindus. First day of chhath puja we are making food for the god and before cooking or prepare the food! We take shower or bath in the river to be ready to worship to god surya dev, and then after we are preparing the food for him, Like an example rice chana daal, kaddu ki sabji, hari chutney. After cooking we prepare one thali( plate) and put all what we have cooked for the god and serving as a Prasad to god offering flowers and etc., we give the food and water for drinking and after this food is eaten by that person who will keep fast during two days. This festival is very holly and pure.
