HOW TO MAKE ONION PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:-
(1) GRAM FLOUR (BESAN) 2o0 gm.
(2) GARLIC PEST 1/2 tsp
(3) ONIONS TWO BIG
(4) TURMERIC POWDER 2 PINCH
(5) CUMIN SEEDS 1/2 cs.
(6) SALT AS PER TEST and water
(7) VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRY. 200 gm.
How to prepare:-
First take a small ball and put the gram flour into the ball
Next you mix the cumin seeds and garlic pest.
Next you add some water in this gram flour
Next you add the chopped onions and salt as per your test.
Next step you put pan on the gas in a medium heat,and give some oil into the pan and wait for becoming hot and fry the pakoda in the medium heat, remember don't fry too much! Just fry till it is change in the golden color .
your pakoda is ready to serve.
Serve with chatny or kitchep.
