''Pakoras''

Ingredients:-
Gram flour(Besan) 250gm.

Cumin seeds:- 1/ tsp
Garlic pest:- 1/ tsp
Red chilly powder:- 1/2tsp

Salt:- as per your test.
Water:- for mix this doff.

Oil:- for fry

How to make pakoras:-

First of all take one ball and put all the ingredient together in the ball and mix it with the water and when it is mixed very good (neither too thick nor too
lose) then, now heat the oil in a pan and fry the pakoras in the medium flame, fry the pakoras till it will become golden color, and serve it with the green chatni.
