Aaloo kachaloo

ingredients:

4 potato
1/2 cs Jeera,roasted cumin powder
1/2 cs Dhaniya roasted coriander powder
Chilli powder (optional)
salt as per taste ,
1/2 cs amchoor,
1 tbs tamarin
2 tbs curd.
Preparation:

Boil the potato and cut in small pices.

Add potato in a bowl and add all the spices (masala) and
serve with curd.
