How to make onion pakora


Ingredients:
Onions 4
Green chillies 4pcs
Salt as required
Red chilli powder as required
Rice flour 1 cup
Gram flour ½ cup
Oil as required
Water as required
Preparations:
• Take onions and green chillies and wash it.
• Cut onions and green chillies in long slices.
• Take a bowl and add cutted onion and green chillies pieces on it.
• Add rice flour and gram flour in it.
• Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste.
• then mix with water.
• the mixed flour should be in the thicker consistency.
• Take a pan and heat for 2 sec.
• Add 2 cups of oil in it.
• Heat the oil for 5 min.
• Dip the flour in small quantity using hand.
• Fry it till it comes to golden colour.
• After pakora comes to golden colour, take into a plate.
• Now you are ready with crispy pakora in front of you.
