How to make rabdi malai


Ingredients:

  • Pure milk 2 lts
  • Rose water 1 tsp.
  • Mixed Dry fruits (chopped) 125 gms
  • Sugar 3/4 cup

Preparations:

  • Put milk to boil in thick bottom sauce pan. Lower heat when the boil comes
  • Every now and then skin malaai that layers up at top of boiling milk towards rim. It will build up into a thick ring around milk. When milk is boiled down to 1/4 add sugar and dry fruits
  • Boil till milk dries up leaving behind thick layers of rubri-malaai
  • Add rose water. Transfer to serving dish
  • Cool. Place in fridge. Serve chilled
