How to make Eggs curry


Ingredients:

3 Boiled Eggs

2 Onions (Chopped)

Green Chillies (Remove the seeds)

2 Tomatoes (Chopped)

1 tsp. Ginger garlic paste

Red chilli powder to test (Optional)

1 tsp. Coriander powder

1 tsp. Cumin seeds

1 tsp. Garam masala powder

1 tsp. Turmeric powder

Salt to test

4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Coriander leaves

Preparations:

1. Hard boil eggs, remove the shell and keep aside. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, add the cumin seeds into the hot oil and when the seeds are started to crack then add the eggs and fried till it turns in brown colour and after take it out.

2. Now add still more oil and heat oil

Add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste fry until onions are lightly browned.

3. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry for another minute. Then add eggs along with red chilli powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder and salt. Add little water and Cook the curry until the oil separates.


4. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve with zeera rice and plain Roti.
