How to make brinjal pakora
Ingredients:
Brinjal 2
Salt as per your taste
Red chilli powder as you desire
Rice flour 50g
Gram flour ½ cup
Oil for fry
Water as required
Preparations:
• Take brinjals and wash it.
• Cut brinjals in round slices.
• Take a bowl and add sliced brinjals.
• Add rice flour and gram flour in it.
• Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste.
• Then mix with water.
• The mixed flour should be in the thicker consistency.
• Take a pan and heat for 1 min.
• Add 2 cups of oil in it.
• Heat the oil for 5 min.
• Dip the flour in small quantity using hand.
• Fry it till it comes to golden colour.
• After pakora comes to golden colour, take into a plate.
• Now you are ready with crispy pakora in front of you.
