How to make onion Pakora


Ingredients:

Onions 4

Green chillies 4pcs

Salt as required

Red chilli powder as required

Rice flour 1 cup

Gram flour ½ cup

Oil as required

Water as required

Preparations:

· Take onions and green chillies and wash it.

· Cut onions and green chillies in long slices.

· Take a bowl and add cutted onion and green chillies pieces on it.

· Add rice flour and gram flour in it.

· Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste.

· then mix with water.

· the mixed flour should be in the thicker consistency.

· Take a pan and heat for 2 sec.

· Add 2 cups of oil in it.

· Heat the oil for 5 min.

· Dip the flour in small quantity using hand.

· Fry it till it comes to golden colour.

· After pakora comes to golden colour, take into a plate.

· Now you are ready with crispy pakora in front of you.
