How to make kesar Badam Kulfi


Ingredients:-

1litre milk

1/2cup of cream

Saffron I pinch

50gm Peanuts

Sugar as per your test if you like to add less sugar or more depend on you.

Cardamom 6ps.

Preparations:-

Take one flat casserole and boil the milk till it will become in ½ litres then add the cardamom and Peanuts , Saffron into this milk and add some sugar and boil one more other time when it became cold keep in the deep freezer for 6hr. if you keep till whole night it would be better too.

It is ready to eat serve it with nice decoration.
