How to make kalakand:-


INGREDIENTS

(1) It needs 8 cups of milk
(2)Two table spoon of lemon juice
(3)Two table spoon of look warm water
(4)Half a cup of sugar
(5)Pistachios


HOW TO MAKE THE KALAKAND:---

(1) TAKE A SAUCEPAN AND BOIL THE 4 CUPS OF MILK IN THE MEDIUM HEAT.
(2) TAKE A OTHER FRY PAN AND BOIL THE OTHER 4 CUPS OF MILK TILL IT WILL BECOME TWO CUPS.

(3) NEXT IS THAT IN THE FOUR CUPS OF MILK YOU CAN ADD THE LEMON JUICE SLOWLY AND AFTER CLOSE THE HEAT, YOU WILL SEE THAT ALL THE MILK WILL BE SEPARATE.
(4) NEXT IS YOU TAKE A PANEER CLOTH AND ONE OTHER POT AND AFTER YOU MUST TRANSFER THE PANEER IN THE PANEER CLOTH.

(5) WASH THE PANEER TILL IT WILL BECOME COLD.

(6) NOW YOU CAN PRESS VERY WELL THE PANEER THAT THE WATER WILL DISAPPER FROM THE PANEER, IT WILL BECOME DRY.

(7) NEXT WHEN THE PANEER WILL DRY YOU CAN ADD IT INTO THE BOILING MILK VERY SLOWLY.

(8) NOW YOU MIX IT VERY WELL THE MILK AND THE PANEER TOGETHER TILL IT WILL BECOME SOFT DOUGH.

(9) NOW IT IS THE TIME TO ADD THE SUGER INTO THE SOFT DOUGH.

(10) WHEN THE SUGER WILL MIX IN THIS MIXTUER, NOW YOU CAN STOP THE HEAT.

TAKE ONE PLATE AND TRANSFER THE MIXTURE IN THE PLATE AND CUT IN THE SQUARE PEACES AND DECORETE BY PISTACHIOS AND LET IT FOR COOL.

IT IS READY TO SARVE.
