How to make a jam
jam is the most known things, which is you can find each house in each kind of choice and, today i have learned how to make a jam with abricot.
ingredients;-
1. Fruits:- 1kg.
2. Sugar:- 500gm.
3. Dry gelifiant:- 1. (sachet de gélifiant)

Firstly you can choice the fruits as per your test what do you prefer to use in the jam.
Next you will have to cut the fruits in a very small size and then you can take one casserole and put this on the gas in a less flame and give all the cuted abricot into the casserole and cook in a very less flame and then you can mix the sugar into the casserole and after you will have to mix the dry gelifiant in the casserole so, when it is started to bowl very good and you don't use water in this because it is not necessary, if it is cooked very good, and do not forget to mix very good continually till you stop the cooking of this jam.

:-Next you will have to put this jam in the glass bottle, and before put this jam in the bottle, it needs to clean in the hot water to the glass bottle and to cap also, when it is clean very good you need to dry with the cloth, then after you can put the jam in the bottle.
Next:- when you have filled up the bottle then again you will have to clean very good and close the bottle very well .
Next:- wait for becoming cold the jam and then you can eat with the breads.
Next:- if you have open one time then you should to put this in the freeze
